Peter Beste – Norwegian Black Metal (2005)

Peter Beste presented his work about Norwegian Black Metal in Japan in 2005, in a couple of exhibitions in Tokyo and Osaka, and coinciding with these events published this book. His fascinating portrait series of black metal is probably the only work of these dimensions and quality about this subgenre that keeps captivating the world. Among the bands that one could find in this volume there are Gorgoroth, Mayhem, Satyricon, Emperor, Darkthrone, Taake, Carpathian Forest and more.
